OMRON
CIMR-G7 - первый в мире инвертор на напряжение 400 В,
выполненный по трехуровневой схеме. Такое схемное
решение сводит к минимуму или полностью устраняет
проблемы, связанные с коммутацией IGBT-транзисторов
(кабели очень большой длины, подшипниковые токи и
синфазные токи) и защищает систему "двигатель-привод" в
целом. Для программирования инвертора CIMR G7
используется DriveWorksEZ™. Это инструмент
объектно-ориентированного программирования на базе
персонального компьютера с удобным графическим
интерфейсом.
Трехуровневое
управление снижает пиковые скачки напряжения на обмотках
двигателя почти на 50%. Даже при большой длине кабеля
питания двигателя дроссель переменного тока не
требуется.
Векторное
управление по потоку. Превосходная работа в режиме
регулирования с разомкнутым контуром: крутящий момент
150% при частоте 0.3 Гц.
Бесшумная работа.
Режим бесшумной работы без снижения тока (за счет
повышения несущей частоты)
Прекращение работы
согласно требованиям 3-й категории безопасности.
Обеспечивается соответствие категории 0. Питание от
аккумуляторных батарей в аварийном режиме.
Широкий выбор
дополнительных карт: сетевые интерфейсы, функции ПЛК,
интерфейс Mechatrolink, аналоговые и дискретные
входы/выходы и т.п.
Программное
обеспечение для программирования: CX-drive - для
настройки параметров. DriveWorkEZ - для
объектно-ориентированного программирования.
